Indoor Winter Peony Exhibition (Fuyubotan Shitsunai Teien)

In this indoor garden, peonies, which usually bloom in spring, are cultivated in the indoor garden to showcase the flowers in winter. Visitors can view charming winter-flowering peonies in light pink or red color in the Japanese-style garden.

"Ohina-sama" Festival in Nikko Hatsuishi juku

Nikko

"Ohina-sama" (dolls displayed at the Girls' Festival) are exhibited in front of about 170 shops and houses. On every Saturday and Sunday, visitors can receive a service to take picture of them in kimono at no charge.

In this fantastic event, about 1,000 miniature kamakuras (snow huts) are illuminated from inside with candles. You could enjoy BBQ in the standerd size kamakura. *BBQ: Reservation required.
